Welcome to Hello Motors! By booking or using our motorbike rental services in Bali, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Requirements

  • The minimum age for renting a motorbike is 18 years.

  • A valid driver’s license is required (international or local with motorbike category).

  • A passport or official ID copy may be requested upon delivery.

2. Rental Period & Extensions

  • The rental period starts from the scheduled delivery time and ends upon return or pickup.

  • Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Late returns without notice will be charged at the daily rate.

3. Delivery & Pickup

  • Free delivery and pickup are included for areas within our service zones (hotels, villas, airport, etc.).

  • A delivery fee may apply to remote locations — this will be communicated before confirmation.

4. Mileage Policy

  • No mileage restrictions apply. You may ride freely within Bali.

5. Fuel Policy

  • Motorbikes are delivered with 20% fuel. Please return the bike with a similar fuel level.

  • If returned empty, a refueling fee may apply.

6. Helmets and Accessories

  • We provide 2 helmets and 1 phone holder free of charge.

  • Additional accessories may be requested at the time of booking.

7. Insurance & Damage Coverage

  • Optional damage & theft coverage is available during booking.

  • Without this option, the renter is fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss.

  • We highly recommend adding coverage — it’s inexpensive and gives peace of mind.

8. Payment & Cancellation

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash, or online checkout.

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the rental starts.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

9. Responsibility & Liability

  • The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.

  • In case of accident, damage, or loss, the renter must inform Hello Motors immediately.

  • Riders must follow traffic laws and wear a helmet at all times.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the motorbike for racing, illegal activities, or sub-rental.

  • Operate under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Allow unlicensed individuals to operate the motorbike.

11. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items left in the bike storage or attached to the vehicle.

12. Modifications

Hello Motors reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
