Overall a good experience. One thing they need to work on is that the scooters and helmets are old. They need to provide good helmets, except these I really liked the service.

Saba was incredibly kind and helpful. His prices were fair and even after an incident he helped us resolve it quickly and at a fair price. He’s the best!

Very good experience! I had the pleasure to deal with Arya and his friend Raymond. They even waited for me 1 hour until I got out of the airport the first time and even after that they followed me until they made sure I was okay using the bike and understood their logistics with traffic directions and only left when I was safe. I re-booked with them and if going back will book again. Great attitude!!

A truly wonderful and generous family. The owner was always on hand throughout the time I had his scooter; he was friendly and 100 per cent helpful, not to mention the excellent prices he gave me. What’s more, the scooter he lent me was, in my opinion, the best I’d ever used in Bali. Do go there!!!!
